Bakery product need more aroma from flavour for consumer attraction such as Butter, Vanilla, Pandan, Custard, Cream, Chocolate etc.
Milk, Yoghurt and Ice cream are major products in this segment. Flavour character has to blend well with dairy base such as Bright Strawberry flavour, Vanilla flavour, Yoghurt flavour, Cream flavour, Condensed Milk flavour, Cream Cheese flavour.
Product like Candy, Chocolate, Gum and Jelly mostly need sweet or refreshing flavour. In high heat process, it need heat stable flavour. Also we found a lot of duo fruit flavour in this application.
